Exciting role in the Media Services department of Vubiquity, the team is responsible for ordering and recieving all digital content from our international and local TV, Movie, and kids suppliers. The Media Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all assets are ordered and received on time, inventoried and accounted for within internal content management systems, staged for transcoded for monthly processing and archived properly. The Media Services Coordinators are the media liaisons for the monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting, of all media throughout the different Vubiquity workflows.

Spanish language skills an advantage.

The Lead Developer is responsible for the software implementation of the business requirements with respect to technology projects undertaken by Vubiquity.  Such technology projects can be internally or externally focused.  This includes using design patterns and best practices when designing the code implementation.

Purpose of Role

The Junior Systems Engineer is responsible for the monitoring of the day-to-day technical support operations for services provided.  This role covers daily planning, service level monitoring, help desk monitoring and resource allocation. The aim of the role is to ensure the highest levels of service and systems uptime for all platforms managed by Vubiquity, achieved through a proactive approach to support and systems maintenance and a positive reactive response to issues as and when they may arise

Primary Activities and KPI’s

  • Prediction and prevention of events that impact performance and service
  • Quick diagnosis and remediation of service outages and incidents 
  • Good communication with the technology teams to ensure information is dispersed effectively
  • Supporting the Software team with their projects and rollouts
