The HR Manager will deploy people strategy in partnership with the Senior Management Team and in compliance with corporate HR initiative/policies, creating a culture of excellence. Assisting and supporting business leaders in optimising people, strategy, structure, process and culture, and to facilitate the liaison/delivery of HR and Office services as appropriate. The day to day role focuses on people issues and performs tasks related to employment, payroll, benefits, compensation, training, employee relations, performance and organisational design. In addition, the role is responsible for management of the office facilities, with the Receptionist as a direct report.

Responsible for the end to end workflow of all metadata and video content delivered to the platform of an Vubiquity client. The primary activities will be the preparation, QC and delivery of content alongside managing the overall process of video content preparation using Vubiquity’s Content Processing Centre.
The Lead Developer is responsible for the software implementation of the business requirements with respect to technology projects undertaken by Vubiquity. Such technology projects can be internally or externally focused. This includes using design patterns and best practices when designing the code implementation.
Vubiquity’s technology platforms are a key factor contributing towards the group’s competitive advantage, and hence commercial success. The timely delivery of technology solutions, when called for by the business, is contingent upon robust software implementation. In this way the Lead Developer will play a key part in the success of the organization.
This is a key role within Vubiquity’s Programme Planning team. You will be creating and generating the detailed VOD content schedules for Vubiquity’s VOD content services across its international portfolio of VOD services with a particular focus on Israel.
The role combine creative and analytical skills, in equal measure, and requires a meticulous eye for detail, great content knowledge and a real understanding of processes within a media environment.
This role requires native Hebrew language skills.
To ensure the timely preparation and delivery of content and associated assets to designated services within the Digital Content Management team.
To quality assure content through means of tools and visual inspection, and deliver said content by electronic and physical means to Vubiquity customer’s platforms.
