The Systems Engineer is responsible for fulfilling the DevOps function at Vubiquity and also for the monitoring of the day-to-day technical support operations for services provided for the Linux systems. The aim of the role is to ensure the highest levels of service and systems uptime for all platforms managed by Vubiquity, achieved through a proactive approach to systems maintenance and workflow pipelines and a positive reactive response to issues as and when they may arise.
Under the direction of the Vice President, Information Security the Security Engineer is responsible for the monitoring, deployment, and support of the security infrastructure and other security solutions within the enterprise. This individual will support multiple security related projects and technologies, interfacing with others within the IT organization as well as other internal business units and external customers/partners. The Security Engineer must, at a minimum, have strong level of knowledge and technical hands-on experience in multiple disciplines (security, Windows, Linux, and network) to support a variety of operational responsibilities and the overall solutions for a complex heterogeneous environment and help support a variety of operational responsibilities. The Security Engineer will ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity of the electronic information infrastructure in support of the security mission.
The Coordinator’s main responsibility is to monitor and support content assets through the digital workflow through to key affiliate platforms in their region.
Reporting to the Services Manager, the Supervisor’s main responsibility is to help manage the Latam Client Services team and oversee all activities. Furthermore, the Supervisor provides a core line of communication for all clients, and therefore demands a high level of customer service and client focus, delivering against specific agreements relating to the processing, publishing, timely delivery and ingest of content and its associated information.
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills.
The Bid Manager will assertively manage the stages and approvals that form the steps of the Vubiquity international sales process from qualification through to operational and project management hand off.
The success of the role is pivotal to delivering rigorous opportunity management, forecasting and pipeline visibility that drives resource and investment decisions across the business.
The bid manager will be expected to manage deadlines for deliverables and submissions associated with bid delivery. This impacts relationships across multiple Vubiquity functions including third party suppliers.
The role is based in London, working closely with the sales and commercial team, and will have responsibility across all International territories (everything outside of North America).
The nature of the bids being managed will vary from standardised, clearly defined, propositions into new and existing customers through to complex new business RFPs. The expectation is that the same level of intensity and rigour will be applied to the governance and execution of all bids.
Responsible for the end to end workflow of all metadata and video content delivered to the platform IPTV and GVP of a Vubiquity client. The primary activities will be the preparation, QC and delivery of metadata alongside managing the overall process of video content preparation using Vubiquity’s Content Processing Centre.
It is also necessary to maintain the client's platform GVP through QC and management of the content.

The Graphics Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination of poster art for movie and TV content - including sourcing, producing, QC, and building relationships with content providers.
Reporting into the Graphics Manager, the Graphics Coordinator handles the production and delivery of Vubiquity image files according to schedules with daily deadlines. This includes:
- producing poster art and episodic imagery
- maintaining the company database of artwork files
- managing affiliate artwork requests and inquiries
- liaising with studios and providers
We are looking for an individual with a basic understanding of 2D image editing, who is willing to gain experience in the media industry. This position will play a key role in delivering artwork in large volumes within a fast-paced environment.
On behalf of Vubiquity, you will be responsible for the coordination and processing of video on demand content, schedules, metadata and images for publishing to the TV, online and mobile platforms of our English speaking clients based in sub-Saharan Africa.
Purpose of the Job
To ensure the timely preparation and delivery of content and associated assets to designated services within the Client Services team.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving Affiliate engagement through development and execution of turn-key marketing tactics, ongoing communication and improvement of best practice presentations. The candidate will work closely with Affiliates, Studios/Content Providers, and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns and stunts that create buzz and maximize revenue potential for both TVOD and SVOD content. This position will also play a supporting role for a variety of marketing programs, including data analytics and research.
The Senior Coordinator’s main responsibility is to manage the processing of film, TV and music video assets through the digital workflow from scheduling to platform/multi-platform delivery.
In addition to the Coordinator, the Senior Coordinator will have experience in running multiple services across a territory for more than 1 year and will act as an operational escalation within their team, reporting directly to Manager whereby taking on some managerial tasks within the team.
The Localisation Coordinator’s main responsibility is to assist in the coordination, commissioning and supply of localised film, TV, music and trailer assets (subtitles, dubbing, synopsis sourcing and translation) in over 12 languages, with main responsibility covering the israeli services.
This role is for a native hebrew speaker (ideally with knowledge of arabic too).
The BA is responsible for addressing business needs and determining solutions to business problems and/or opportunities that rely on proprietary or vendor-driven software applications, while ensuring alignment with Vubiquity’s strategic objectives. By leveraging existing knowledge of the business, including intimate knowledge of business systems/platforms/applications/tools and enterprise-wide processes, the BA will effectively capture and communicate requirements for internally driven efforts, contributing to the definition of Product Release schedules. Within Product Releases, the BA is responsible for representing the collective input of all stakeholders. For efforts driven by the VU Product team, BA shall lend expertise to what Product has captured, and ultimately sign off on said Stories. BA shall also be responsible for scoping and illustrating end-to-end workflows and/or operational processes as relates to a given project. BA shall work in close conjunction with Project Managers, Program Managers, Product, Sales, Enterprise Architecture, and NETO.

The Content Services team is one of the largest, fastest-growing groups within Vubiquity. Your ability to build excellent relationships, while applying analytical expertise and a superior understanding of the entertainment ecosystem and digital media technology landscape, will be critical to your success in the position.
This position is an integral part of our content strategy team, responsible for developing and leading our content strategy within South Africa and across the region (the “Market”). The Head of Content, Africa will be an expert on locally produced content in the Market, having a strong network of relationships with all local suppliers as well as with all of the major international distributors in the Market, including both the studios and independents.
You will have a solid understanding of the content delivery landscape, including linear channels, Pay TV, Satellite, OTT and other streaming platforms. In addition, a solid understanding of the video-on-demand ecosystem is also required (TVOD, SVOD, EST, AVOD, etc.).
We are looking for an experienced content connoisseur – with at least 5-6 years‘ experience in a content acquisition and/or programming role, preferably across multiple African markets. Prior experience working in the Market is preferable, in particular dealing with South Africa and Nigeria.
As part of a small and busy Commercial Operations Team, the Pitch / Proposal Executive will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, ITT, RFP etc.) response as part of a Bid Team. Responsibilities include the implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes to deliver customer facing presentations / proposals. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
