  • Overview

    Purpose of Role

     

    To assist the Production team with the day to day operation of client accounts, delivery of promos and Barker loops.

     

    Primary Activities and KPI’s

    • Annual Personal Development Review followed by Mid Year Review and regular 121 meetings.
    • Setting monthly deadlines for specified accounts.
    • Ensure all projects are closed in ScheduAll at the end of each month.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Production Manager and Head of Production with Production admin duties such as ordering content, making bookings in ScheduALL, prepping and attending audio sessions & setting account deadlines.
    • Provide admin support to specified affiliate accounts. This will involve understanding and communicating Production workflows.
    • Closing projects in SA with accurate timings.
    • Provide monthly feedback to Production Manager for reporting purposes.
    • Liaise with Account Managers and communicate any client requests to The Production Manager and the Head of Production.
    • Prepare and attend packaging sessions.
    • Prepare monthly promos for client delivery.
    • Data input into ScheduAll.
    • Script translation if required.
    • Communicate any promo commission changes or promo creative changes to producers, highlighting changes to Head of Production.
    • Ensure all promos have correct branding and information before being delivered.

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • BA/BSC degree required or equivalent experience.
    • Experience of working within television production/broadcast environment.
    • Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to accommodate change and adapt accordingly.
    • Basic knowledge of AVID Media Composer. (Training can be given if necessary).
    • Basic knowledge of ScheduALL. (Training can be given if necessary).
    • Fluency in written and verbal English.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Highly responsible and self-motivated, able to thrive in an energetic, fast paced environment.
    • Team player who can build relationships at all levels of the organization.
