  • Overview

    The Sales Coordinator will assist the Affiliate Sales team with administrative duties, sales, marketing and affiliate servicing.  This role will mainly be administrative in nature and will support the Affiliate Sales team in all projects, as needed.


    • Back up for sales people when sales persons are traveling
    • Manage sales tracking documents for VP’s and SVP
    • Handle sales mass communications to field
    • Work with marketing to get us signed up for appropriate industry shows

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Create and update sales presentations and materials
    • Create and manage various sales and tracking databases and weekly reports
    • Create and distribute affiliate communication
    • Maintain sales calendar
    • Support Affiliate Sales team in all trade show and conference preparations
    • Provide support and act as internal liaison for Sales team on business travel
    • Schedule meetings and assist in department travel
    • Participates in special projects as requested by the Affiliate Sales team
    • Assist other departments in special projects as it relates to the Affiliate Sales team


    • 1-2 years Salesforce experience
    • Intermediate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects and provide follow-up
    • A strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail
