  • Overview

    This role is responsible for all proactive account management of all UK and Irealnd customers UK. The role is accountable for all external and internal aspects of relationships, insight, governance and commercial planning.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to agreed contract, customer needs and objectives
    • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Accountable for all upsell, cross sell and renewal sales activity in named key account/s including the deployment of appropriate Vubiquity resources e.g. New Business sales heads, Pre sales, marketing, operations and finance
    • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Defines, promotes, manages and develops the detailed planning and reporting that describes the path to commercial success in key account/s
    • Ensures all named account SWOT related issues are actioned in a pro-active manner to protect or accelerate Vubiquity business opportunity
    • Ensures effective management of communications and planning to secure the necessary resource for the achievement of service, revenue and new business sales targets in named accounts

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate consistent success in an Account Manager/Director role in a target driven outsourced content/media services business. They will have been responsible for leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver and develop contracted services as well as pro-actively identify, pursue and close qualified business sales campaigns. Candidates will benefit from a current, active, senior industry contact base relevant to the UK and Ireland.

    Profile:

    • Senior key/named Account Director or Manager
    • Professional approach to selling and commercial relationship management
    • Currently successful in an outsourced content services Account Management or sales role
    • Strong domain knowledge of the outsourced content services and VoD platforms
    • Understands the business and operational goals and challenges across telco and media organisations
    • Confident and engaged with industry trends that influence customer and vendor decision making
