    Purpose of Role

    To help maintain, update and refresh Vubiquity client Storefront services while ensuring editorial accuracy across all relevant platforms. Support the Digital Content Management team with the management of assets through the digital workflow from licensor through to platform/multi-platform delivery.  To support the Planning & Editorial team with metadata creation, theming and content communications.  

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the curation of Storefront platforms on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required (Out This Week, Top Picks, Family Zone, Best Sellers, Collections)
    • Set Top Box / platform checks (daily for changes and weekly for full client audit)
    • Manage ‘Special Offer’ promotions, including the sorting and curation, plus entering and checking of weekly price changes on Storefront platforms.
    • Create ‘Title IDs’ for each newly licensed/acquired content asset in a content management system. 
    • Source and input credit and other title specific information at ‘Title Level’ within content management systems.
    • Manage departmental ‘Content Calendar’ – responsible for maintaining and updating with all major and selected indie titles as presented during quarterly slate presentations.  
    • Monthly box office / genre collating for the Planning department.
    • Assist with the sourcing and creation of compelling English metadata for use across all services.
    • Creating/editing local content synopsis for non-UK territories (this includes validation/translating, re-writing and editing the synopsis received from suppliers).
    • Enter and update metadata into a CMS as required.
    • Carry out ad hoc tasks to support the Planning & Editorial team
