  • Overview

    You'll be responsible for the end-to-end workflow for publishing video content and metadata to high profile media clients based in Germany and Austria, and provide ongoing quality assurance of services delivered once content has been published.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely delivery of video content onto multiple platforms
    • Liaise with Traffic, Operation and Scheduling departments within Vubiquity
    • Coordinate the delivery of promos and trailers with Production department
    • To liaise with clients on all video publishing related issues
    • To be a point of contact for our Munich based joint venture partner
    • Liaise with the metadata team and QA the content of the data supplied
    • To remedy faults/issues with media and metadata where appropriate
    • To monitor the platform Service Desk hotline on a rotating basis to support customer operations, including logging and reacting to incidents when and as they occur through to resolution.
    • Occasional travel may be required.

    Qualifications

    Experience Required

    • Excellent spoken and written German.
    • Experience with common office applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel) and use of line of business operational applications
    • Experience in a client facing role liaising with remote customers on the status and resolution of issues advantageous
    • Experience in proof reading textual content in a publishing or web environment advantageous.

    Skills Required

    • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work unsupervised on occasions
    • Problem root cause analysis and problem solving skills
    • High degree of computer literacy
    • Basic understanding of digital media technologies
    • High standard of literacy.
