Purpose of Role
The Systems Engineer is responsible for the monitoring of the day-to-day technical support operations for services provided. This role covers daily planning, service level monitoring, help desk monitoring and resource allocation. The aim of the role is to ensure the highest levels of service and systems uptime for all platforms managed by Vubiquity, achieved through a proactive approach to support and systems maintenance and a positive reactive response to issues as and when they may arise.
