  • Overview

    Two strategic Vubiquity customers in in Israel leads to the hiring of a dedicated, local account management role. The role is accountable for all internal and external aspects of relationships, insight, governance and commercial planning for named accounts in Israel including:

    • The development of new revenue opportunities from cross sell, upsell and renewals
    • Business management including revenue targets and profitability
    • Relationship management at all levels
    • Performance management and reporting
    • The development and management of key account reference status


    • Defines, promotes, manages and develops the detailed planning and reporting that describes the path to commercial success in named key account/s
    • Accountable for all upsell, cross sell and renewal sales activity in named key account/s including the deployment of appropriate Vubiquity resources e.g. New Business sales heads, Pre sales, marketing, operations and finance
    • Builds, maintains and develops senior and exec relations across the customer organisation
    • Ensures all named account related issues are actioned in a pro-active manner to protect or accelerate Vubiquity business opportunity
    • Ensures effective management of communications and planning to secure the necessary resource for the achievement of service, revenue and new business sales targets in named accounts
    • Plays a pivotal role in the management of partner relationships appropriate to Vubiquity success in named accounts


    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate consistent success in an Account Manager/Director role in a target driven outsourced content/media services business. They will have been responsible for leading multi-disciplined teams to deliver and develop contracted services as well as pro-actively identify, pursue and close qualified new business sales campaigns. Candidates will benefit from a current, active, senior industry contact base relevant to the specific account or territory.


    • Senior key/named Account Director or Manager
    • Professional approach to selling and commercial relationship management
    • Currently successful in an outsourced content services Account Management or sales role
    • Strong domain knowledge of the outsourced content services and VoD platforms
    • Understands the business and operational goals and challenges across telco and media organisations
    • Confident and engaged with industry trends that influence customer and vendor decision making
