Reporting to the Service Manager, the Supervisor’s main responsibility is to help manage the Africa DCM team and oversee all activities. Furthermore, the Supervisor provides a core line of communication for all clients, and therefore demands a high level of customer service and client focus, delivering against specific agreements relating to the processing, publishing, timely delivery and ingest of content and its associated information.

The core activities of this role will be split in 10% people management, 50% operational and 40% process/quality improvement (reporting) and administration (meetings, reporting, and client communication).
